Specialty Court Flag Competition
RISETX / March 23–25, 2026
The Texas Association of Specialty Courts invites attendees to participate in the Specialty Court Flag Competition at RISETX, March 23–25, 2026. This creative competition gives specialty courts the opportunity to showcase their identity, mission, and values through a custom-designed flag.
Specifications
- Size: 5ft wide x 3ft tall
- Material: Cloth fabric (durable for display)
- Design: Single-sided or double-sided with same image on both sides
- Professional: Respectful design appropriate for courtroom display
- Required: Court name must be clearly visible somewhere on the flag
Required Description
Include a brief written explanation (150-250 words) describing:
- The meaning behind your flag.
- Symbolism used in the imagery, colors, or shapes.
- How the design reflects your specialty court's mission and values.
Voting
Winners will be decided by vote. The vote will take place through the TASC Conference App on March 23, 2026. Winners will be announced during the President's Breakfast.
Deadline
A photo of your flag should be submitted by March 10, 2026. The physical flag should be brought to the conference for display. Flags should be turned in to the registration desk on March 23, 2026 before 1:00pm.
